At Nass Holistic Journey, we understand that last-minute emergencies can arise. We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment with your cosmetic injectable nurse, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel. We have a strict policy and require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time or no-shows without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your $50 security deposit.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so with at least 48 hours notice.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your $50 security deposit.

• If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, the $50 security deposit will not be refunded, regardless of the notice period provided.
